Mortgage Lead FAQ'sHow much does each lead cost? Our lead price varies based ion the combination of filters and geographical area. We do tailor mortgage lead distribution programs to match your volume and budget needs. How are your leads generated? The majority of our leads are generated through search queries for related terms. We augment this with direct marketing, but NEVER sell coreg or incentivized leads. How quickly do the requests get sent to the broker after the consumers fills out their information on your site? Our leads are delivered in real time. That means you will often be able to contact the person while they are still on the website where they submitted their request. contact What should I say when contacting a lead from Mortgage Lead Market? Contact your internet prospects immediately. Internet users have submitted their information for a mortgage loan because they want quick results. Keep this in mind when calling, but take care to avoid seeming pushy. The internet also affords certain anonymity that and agent must maintain. What geographical areas can I filter out? Your leads can be filtered by state or by county. Keep in mind that filtering by county, although it will provide you with more specific (and more expensive) leads, will not allow the maximum number of leads to reach you. What percentage of closing results should I expect? An average closing ratio does not tell the whole tale, since motivated agents will close on leads that are sometimes wasted by another agent. It does not include the ratio of agents who receive filtered and unfiltered leads. Can I cherry pick my leads? No. Our lead distribution system is setup on a filtered auction basis. You will receive lead qualified according to your preferences. How many other brokers are your leads sent to? Our leads are shared leads. They will be sold to no more than three agents. What do the leads look like? What information do they contain? Please contact our sales department to obtain sample leads form our leads distribution system. How much does it cost to join your program? There is no upfront cost to join the Mortgage Lead Market program - you pay only for leads – no admin fees of any kind. What is your policy on retuning leads? You may return any bogus lead for full credit at any time by using out leads recall request form. Simply enter the lead ID and the reason the mortgage lead could not be used within 10 business days, and your account will be credited. What should I do if I want more leads? If you would like to add more states to your lead account, or simply increase your lead quota, please contact our sales staff and they will reconfigure your account. I want to change the filters on my leads. What do I do? Contact your Mortgage Lead Market sales representative for all filter changes. How can I get different types of mortgage leads? If you would like to add, subtract, or change the categories of leads you receive, simply contact our sales department and they will make the appropriate changes to your account. What happens when I run out of money on my account? When you account balance reaches zero, your leads will be stopped. This will resume when you add more money through the money management tool. Keep in mind that your account will automatically be credited on the first of each month with the dollar amount specific to the number of leads you have elected to receive per month. What is your policy on retuning leads A lead may be returned if it meets on of the following criteria: Can you guarantee a minimum number of leads based on the criteria I have set up? When you sign up for a lead account, the sales associate will provide you with an estimation of the leads you will receive based on the filters you have purchased. This number is an estimate and will fluctuate each month based on availability and demand, as well as the average bid price for that lead. While no minimum number can be guaranteed, your balance will be refunded if we cannot deliver you lead requirements within the first six month of service. Do you sell other types of leads? No. Mortgage Lead Market deals exclusively in mortgage leads, although we do have affiliates that sell other types of leads, such as health insurance leads. Can I see my billing history? Yes. 24 hours a day you can log in to your lead management tool and view your billing history as well as all leads distributed. You can also see the credit conveyed for all leads returned, as well as the remaining balance on your lead account. What type of contract is required? Can I cancel my leads? You may cancel your lead account at any time during your service. Your remaining balance will not be refunded, but you will not be charged a cancellation fee of any sort. I have never sold mortgages to contacts form internet mortgage leads. Is it really that different from meeting customers face-to-face? Yes. While internet mortgage leads are a fantastic resource, you must approach them as such and sell to the customer as an internet lead. I want to buy leads, but I would like a referral first. Do you have a list of existing customers I could contact? Yes, your Mortgage Lead Market sales associate can provide you with a list of current customers in your area. Can I suspend my leads for a short duration, like a holiday vacation? Yes. You may suspend your leads up to three times each year, with the understanding that each suspension will last no longer than two weeks. What type of document management comes with the lead management system? In addition to managing contacts, the lead management system is equipped to manage all of your mortgage forms and brochures, which you may send to prospects at any time. This will allow you to take your office with you, and always be within reach of your resources. Can I access the lead management tool using any browser? All products from Mortgage Lead Market have been extensively tested on Microsoft internet explorer. Clients have used other browsers successfully, such as MoZilla, AOL, and Netscape, but these are not officially supported platforms. What is the minimum connection speed I must have to use your software? Although the software will run on a connection at any speed, we recommend a broadband, cable, or DSL connection. Only with a high-speed internet connection can you guarantee the quick access granted by our systems. Do I get discounts for referring other mortgage brokers? We do have a referral program in place.
